
Brenden J. Leomo, DC, MS, CCSP, CKTP
Tanaka and Associates is pleased to announce the arrival of Dr. Brenden Leomo. A familiar face to our office, he returns to us after completing his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree and Master of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences (MS) degree from the University of Western States located in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Leomo is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP) and an active member of the American Asosciation Sports Counsel (ACASC).
While his
knowledge covers conventional aspects of chiropractic, he specializes in the
treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of sports-related injuries. His
treatment methods include traditional chiropractic care, proper rehabilitation,
various functional taping techniques, soft tissue techniques, and nutritional
support to optimize and enhance biomechanical performance in his patients and
athletes.
His current certifications include the Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP) (www.kinesiotaping.com) and Certified Graston Technique
provider (www.grastontechnique.com). With
his knowledge, he was able to provide services to many sporting events in and
around the Greater Portland area ranging from children sports to professional
events.
Dr. Leomo
believes in a team approach to health empowering his patients to become active
participants in their general health and well-being.
While not in
the office, Dr. Leomo enjoys going to the gym, scuba diving, and spending time
with his family and friends.
